Sandberg Instituut's Radical Cut-Up Master programme directed by Lukas Feireiss guest-edited and designed an issue of the contemporary arts and culture quarterly Lodown Magazine on the topic of the cut-up as cultural narrative that extends and reinterprets preceding narratives. One that cuts across all forms and genres in the realm of cultural production, it bridges past, present and future, it marries high culture and pop culture, it offers new possibilities of artistic storytelling, and it cultivates a heightened sense of contemporary cultural reflexivity.
